Spektr is a personal CRM and weekly-planning tool. It stores the people, notes and plans you put into it so you can keep up with your relationships. This page explains what data Spektr holds, how it is used, and how to remove it.
What Spektr stores
Your account identity (name, email address and avatar) comes from the sign-in provider. Everything else is what you enter: contacts, notes, follow-ups, weekly plans and files you attach. Data is stored in a database hosted by Neon and served by Vercel. Each account can only see its own data.
Google Calendar
If you connect Google Calendar, Spektr asks for read-only access to your calendar events (the calendar.readonly scope). It reads upcoming events so the Week page can show your meetings and let you attach a meeting to a note. Event titles, times and attendee names appear in the app; nothing is written to your calendar. The OAuth tokens are stored in the database and used only to fetch your events. Spektr's use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements: the data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone else. You can disconnect at any time from Settings in Spektr (which deletes the stored tokens) or from your Google Account permissions page.
AI features
When you use an AI feature (transcribing a recording, summarizing a note, enriching a contact, suggesting actions), the content you asked to process is sent to the AI provider for that request (OpenAI or Anthropic) and the result is stored with your notes. Nothing is sent unless you trigger it.
Sharing
Spektr does not sell or share your data. A note is visible to others only if you create a public share link for it, and you can revoke that link at any time.
Deleting your data
You can delete contacts, notes and plans inside the app. To delete your whole account and everything in it, email kpolevoy@gmail.com.
